ENTRY PERIOD: Sweepstakes begins on May 4, 2026, at 8:00 AM EST and ends on May 31, 2026, at 11:59 PM EST (“Entry Period”). The Entry Period consists of four (4) separate drawing periods (each a “Drawing”) with one prize awarded each week: Monday at 8:00 AM EST through Sunday at 11:59 PM EST.

ELIGIBILITY: Open only to legal residents of New Jersey and Pennsylvania that are 18 years of age or older as of the date of entry (“Entrant”). Participants may not be part of any exclusionary list. Plymouth Rock employees and their immediate relatives, and High Point or Palisades appointed agents and subproducer agents and their employees, are not eligible to participate.

Entrants may only win one prize during the Sweepstakes.

SPONSOR: The Sweepstakes is sponsored by Plymouth Rock Management Company of New Jersey (“Sponsor”), 581 Main Street, Suite 400, Woodbridge, NJ 07095. This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, or X (formerly, Twitter). You understand that you are providing your information to Plymouth Rock and not Facebook, Instagram, or X.

AGREEMENT TO THE OFFICIAL RULES: By participating in the Sweepstakes, each Entrant fully and unconditionally agrees to and accepts these Official Rules and the decision of the Sponsor, which is final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Winning any prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

HOW TO ENTER: During the Entry Period, the Entrant must visit https://insure.plymouthrock.com/mcsa to complete an online electronic form. All Entrants must fully complete and submit all non-optional data. An Entrant may submit only one entry per Drawing during the Entry Period. To enter without using the Sweepstakes form, send your first name, last name and zip code to Rider@plymouthrock.com. Email entries must include “Motorcycle Safety Awareness Month 2026” as the subject. Email entries must arrive by 11:59 PM on the last day of the Entry Period.

By providing your email address, you authorize Plymouth Rock to communicate with you regarding future promotional offers. You may opt out of this service at any time by clicking “unsubscribe” within future emails.

PRIZE AND WINNER SELECTION: One (1) winner will be selected each week, one from each Drawing, for a total of four (4) winners during the Sweepstakes. Four (4) prizes each will be awarded to four (4) winners from May 4, 2026, to May 31, 2026. The prizes consist of one (1) Bluetooth helmet system, one (1) phone mount, and two (2) gift cards to the dealership of the winner’s choosing. If a dealership gift card is not available, the winner will receive an American Express gift card of equal value. Prizes are not redeemable for cash or substitutions. The prizes are non-transferable. Actual retail value of the prizes ranges from $69.99 to $109.95. Entrant may only win one prize during the Sweepstakes. Upon acceptance of the prize, the winners are solely responsible for all expenses related to the prize, including without limitation, any and all local, state, and federal taxes.

The four (4) winners will be selected by the Sponsor by random drawing from all eligible entries received for the applicable Drawing. The odds of winning are determined by the number of eligible entries received for the applicable Drawing. Winners will be contacted by email within five (5) days of each prize Drawing. The Sponsor is not responsible for, nor shall have any liability for the winners’ failure to receive notices due to email security settings that may cause notifications to be marked as spam or junk email. Nor shall the Sponsor be liable for the winners’ provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. All decisions of the Sponsor are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes.

Sponsor will not be responsible for incomplete, lost, late, or misdirected entries, nor shall Sponsor be responsible for the failure to receive entries due to transmission failures or technical failures of any kind, including, without limitation, malfunctioning of any network, hardware, or software, whether originating with sender or Sponsor.

If a prize is refused, a prize notification is returned or deemed undeliverable, a winner does not respond within five (5) business days of notification, or the potential winner is disqualified for any reason, the prize will be considered forfeited, and an alternate winner will be selected via a random drawing.

Receipt of the prize by the winners is upon the condition of compliance with any and all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. If the winners violate any of these Official Rules, the winners will be disqualified at the Sponsor’s sole discretion, and all privileges as a winner will be immediately terminated.

RELEASE: By entering the Sweepstakes, Entrants (i) release and hold harmless Sponsor, and their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, managed insurance companies, legal advisors, advertising and promotional agencies, and web suppliers, and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents and representatives (collectively, the “Released Parties”), from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims, and actions of any kind in connection with the Sweepstakes or resulting from acceptance, possession, or use of any prize, including, without limitation, personal injuries, death or property damage, and claims based on publicity rights, defamation, or invasion of privacy, and (ii) except where prohibited by law, consent to the use by Sponsor and its designees of their names, addresses, likenesses, and/or statements for advertising and promotion purposes in any and all media and/or social media platform now or hereafter known, without additional compensation or consideration, or further notification, consent or permission. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend or cancel this Sweepstakes at any time, for any reason including but not limited to computer viruses, bugs, worms, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, or other technical problems, security, or other problems or activities. In the event of cancellation, the Sponsor reserves the right to award prizes in a random drawing from all entries received for the applicable Drawing prior to the time of cancellation.

Each Entrant also releases Facebook, Instagram, and X from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims, and actions of any kind in connection with the Sweepstakes or resulting from acceptance, possession, or use of any prize, including, without limitation, personal injuries, death or property damage, and claims based on publicity rights, defamation, or invasion of privacy.

This Sweepstakes is not sponsored and/or endorsed by any companies that are not affiliated with Plymouth Rock. Plymouth Rock is offering the prizes for the purposes of this Sweepstakes and does not make any representation or warranty with regard to the safety, suitability or performance of the prizes being offered and disclaims any and all liability, including any expressed or implied warranties, for such prizes.

DISPUTES: In the event of a dispute relating to the identity of any Entrant who submits an entry online via the Internet, entries will be deemed to have been submitted by the owner of the email account from which they were sent. For these purposes, an email account holder shall mean the natural person assigned to such an email account by the internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with such email account. Any questions regarding the number of entries submitted or the owner of an email account shall be determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion, and the Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entries by persons determined to be tampering with or abusing any aspect of the Sweepstakes.

PUBLICITY: Except where prohibited, participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes the winner’s consent to the Sponsor and its agent’s use of winner’s name, likeness, photograph, voice, opinions, submissions and/or hometown and state for advertising, promotional and other purposes, in any manner, in any and all media and/or social media platform, now and hereafter devised, worldwide in perpetuity, without further payment or consideration, notification, consent or permission.
